NABC is Pleased to Announce “The Art of Liqueurs” Workshop

“The Art of Liqueurs”: 2-day Workshop for Crafting Specialty Liqueurs

Dates: October 2 & 3, 2014

 Instructor and award winning distiller Ryan Hembree joins NABC to present the first ever Puget Sound workshop on “The Art of Liqueurs”.  Ryan’s was winner of the 2013 Sip NW Magazine “Best in the West” in two categories: Best Fruit Based Spirit (Raspberry Liqueur) and Best Old World Style (Nocino Walnut Liqueur). Now participants can work with Ryan to learn how to create their own prized liqueurs from berries, tree fruit and nuts. We welcome novice liqueur makers as well as those from wineries, cideries and distilleries that want to broaden their skills in the craft of making liqueurs at their facilities.

All class time will be in the distillery, from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM daily.

There is room for 20 attendees.
