NABC Project Manager Jeff Voltz,  will take you step-by-step through all of the components of the business plan including the marketing plan, sales forecasting, expense projections, capital budget and depreciation, financing schedules, cash flow and balance sheet projections, and key financial ratios. Jeff will also provide an overview of a variety of business financing options including USDA Rural Development, USDA Farm Services Agency, SBA, Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) lending programs, as well as a number of unique alternative financing options.
