Thank you to those who joined the Caruso CSA this season. Subscriptions have ended for 2017 - please check back next year!
We are pleased to be this year's provider of weekly produce boxes as part of Snohomish County Administration's Partners in Health program. Shares are appropriate for two or three people. Beginning at the end of June and continuing through October, subscribers receive 20 weeks of seasonal produce.
We grow veggies using organic methods while taking good care of the land we call home. Farming is a science, but not an exact one. We practice time-tested and innovative sustainable methods to manage our crops.
What's in the box?
In the spring, your box could contain salad greens, broccoli, radishes, carrots, bok choy, and snap peas. Come summer, look for green beans, cucumbers, squash, and basil. A bountiful fall brings the addition of tomatoes, sweet corn, peppers, and squash-ending the season with staples such as potatoes. onions, and garlic for your pantry. Subscribers may chose from a full share at $525 (with a half down/ half later payment option), or a half share for $295. Boxes are packed and delivered on Wednesdays this year, to the Snohomish County Administration parking garage in downtown Everett.
Want a drop site at an additional location? We are happy to set up new drop sites with a minimum of 8 subscribers at that location.
