The Northwest Agriculture Business Center hosted a one-day business development workshop for new or existing businesses that are involved in craft distilling. Industry professionals provided information about production, economics, business plans, risk management and marketing for the aspiring spirits producer. The goal of this workshop was to help maximize craft distilling business performance.
